Iced Genmaicha is ideal for summertime or for those craving iced, natural tea drinks.
Cocktail shaker, tea scoop.
Place three scoops of Genmaicha powder into a cocktail shaker. Add a splash of hot water (approximately 2 oz) and swirl the shaker well. This is done to make the Genmaicha powder dissolve. Fill the shaker half full with ice, then fill with room temperature water, shake well, and pour into a glass. Garnish with mint or ginger.
Sweetener options: honey, cane sugar, stevia.
