Tea Cakes (Bing Cha)
Compressed tea cakes, or Bing Cha, represent one of the oldest forms of tea making. Originating in Southern Yunnan, this old style still continues to this day. Very often it is Puer tea that is offered as a compressed cake, however other tea styles can be processed in Bing Cha form as well.
