About Silver Needles:

Also known as “Yin Zhen,” Silver Needles is a famous white tea. White tea (or bai cha) originated in China’s Fujian Province. This 2023 batch of Silver Needles comes from Zhenghe County, Fujian.

Silver Needles is produced only from the newly-sprouted buds of the tea plant. The young buds are best in spring. They have a soft, silvery-white down that makes them look whiter in appearance and also adds a creamy texture to the brew. To process Silver Needles white tea, the buds are heat-braised in covered pans or dried in direct sun with minimal or no oxidation.

Ingredients: White Tea Leaves.
