About Dan Cong Lang Cai:

From Chaozhou in Guandong Province, Dan Cong Lang Cai is a very floral, roasted oolong. The meaning of Lang Cai refers to its wavy, shaken leaves: Lang 浪 means “shake” and Cai 菜 means “fresh leaves.” Most of the tea trees and bushes used to make these teas are more than 100 years old. In the processing of Dan Cong Lang Cai, leaves are baked three times.
