Taiwanese Water Fairy:
Taiwanese Water Fairy (or Shui Xian) is a roasted oolong from Ming Jian, Nantou County. Water Fairy is traditionally produced in China’s Wuyi Mountain area, and this Taiwanese-grown version shares many flavor characteristics with Wuyi Oolong, including its smoky, fired flavor and notes of chocolate and fig. The Taiwanese cultivar lends a smoothness to the brew. Made from the Sijichun (Four Seasons) cultivar.

Very roasted flavor with some caramel apple sweetness and hints of pistachio nut. Cocoa aroma.
