Each mini brick is 4 grams of black tea. The plucking standard for Simao Gold is single bud and two leaves, and the buds develop a golden color during processing. Brewing Instructions
Brew 1 brick at 200°F (93°C) for 3-4 minutes in 8-12 ounces of water. Can be infused multiple times.
