About Phoenix Rising:
Grown in Fenghuan Shan (Phoenix Mountain) in Guangdong, China, Phoenix oolongs are highly regarded by tea purists. Phoenix teas come from a family of single-trunk tea trees also known as “Dang cong”. Our spring 2023 Phoenix Rising is a very high quality oolong grown at an altitude of 1200 meters in Li Zi Ping village and is made entirely of single twisted leaves, which are lightly oxidized and given a medium roast. The brew can stand up to many infusions without bitterness.

Classic Phoenix oolong flavors with hints of almond and peach. A very clear, bright and uplifting brew.
