About Baked Baozhong:
Baked Baozhong comes from the Chin-Hsin tea cultivar, popularly used in the high mountains of Taiwan, and valued for its slow growth and complex flavor profiles. It is a smooth and toasty brew with some qualities reminiscent of a toasted Tieguanyin or Phoenix tea.
Ingredients: Oolong Tea Leaves

Flavor Profile:
Soft, rounded flavor. Woody notes of cedar, and hints of pistachio and brazil nut.
