About Baked Baozhong:
A new offering in the last couple seasons is a deep-baked Wenshan Baozhong from Northern Taiwan. Baked Baozhong comes from the Chin-Hsin tea cultivar, popularly used in the high mountains of Taiwan, and valued for its slow growth and complex flavor profiles. It is a smooth and toasty brew with some qualities reminiscent of a toasted Tieguanyin or Phoenix tea.
