About Camellia Oolong:
Camellia Oolong is an offering from Fujian, China that uses choice Tieguanyin oolong tea leaves selected for their crisp, clear fragrance. Tieguanyin, meaning “Iron Goddess of Mercy,” is a well-known cultivar. It is baked at a low temperature for a refreshing flavor with little roast. In addition to the fresh aroma of the tea, this oolong is scented with camellia blossom and is delightfully floral and fruity.

Light-bodied, pleasant and sweet with notes of peach and vanilla. Subtle hints of lemon-lime.
