Simao Puer Mini Tea Bricks are convenient single serving compressed teas. The leaves are grown on Wuliang Mountain and processed in Simao District, Puer City, Yunnan. Each mini brick is 4 grams of puer tea. It is a high quality tea in convenient, elegant packaging.
These mini bricks are dark, earthy ‘shou’ style puer. The processing method for shou puer is sometimes referred to as the Wo-dui (or cooked leaf) style in which the tea ferments using a “wet pile” method to mimic the aging process. The tea is then molded into the tea brick shape.

Brewing Instructions
Brew 1 brick at 200°F (93°C) for 3-4 minutes in 8-12 ounces of water. Can be infused multiple times.
