This 2023 high mountain, spring green tea comes from the Wuyishan Mountain region of Fujian, China. The term ‘Rock Tea’ is most often associated with the oolongs that are produced in the region and tend to have a higher mineral content due to the rockiness of the soil. Though processed as a green tea, Green Rock Tea also possesses this distinct mineral quality along with a wonderful depth and complexity.
