About Cinnamon (1/4″):

Neither a stick nor a powder, our organic cinnamon comes in small 1/4″ pieces. It can be used as a mulling spice for tea, coffee or cider blends, as well as for cooking, baking, and potpourri. Cinnamon is an important component of a homemade chai, and we use it in our 500 mile Chai blend. Use it to create your own herbal and tea blends, or it can be brewed on its own to make a naturally sweet infusion. Its warming qualities make it a beneficial spice during cold season.
