About 2015 White Tip Puer Cake:

A raw Puer cake from Yunnan, made from white tea leaves that have been compressed into a round Bing Cha and aged. Yunnan white teas often have a fruitiness and wildflower honey sweetness. With age, more layers of complexity are added and the tea develops a bit of fermented earthiness while still maintaining its light, pleasant character.

Ingredients: White Puer tea leaves.

Sold in 100 grams (3.5 oz).

Flavor Profile:

Dried field grasses with a plum sweet, fruity finish.

Brewing Instructions:

Every tea is different and can be brewed in different ways. The chart below is not a hard-and-fast guide for brewing this tea, but rather a place to get started. Steeping time may vary based on your personal taste or on how many infusions have already been done. Experiment with the brewing of your tea to discover its unique character.

Brewing the tea brick is fairly simple. Break off a small piece (equal to the size of a teaspoon), and brew as you would with loose leaf tea.
