Chota Tingrai
Our Assam is grown at Chota Tingrai, an exceptional tea estate in the Tinsukia district of Assam known for its environmental and social sustainability practices. There are a number of ongoing projects happening at Chota Tingrai, including producing rich compost on site in a closed loop system. The estate works with sustainability partners, Mana Organics, to design and implement these projects.

Brewing Instructions
Use filtered water at 200°F (93°C) and steep for 4 minutes or longer depending on desired strength. Tea pouch can be steeped with 1 gallon of water, or use 2 quarts (half gallon) to make a strong concentrate. Also makes an incredible sun tea. Sweeten to taste with clover honey or organic sugar.
