About Medium Roast Dong Ding:
Medium Roast Dong Ding is an excellent new single-source high mountain oolong from Nantou County, Taiwan. It is more roasted than our typical Dong Ding (or Frozen Summit) offering, and has a bold flavor with wonderful sweetness and complexity. This oolong is hardy and can can endure long steepings.
Ingredients: Oolong tea leaves.
Flavor Profile:
Woody sweetness with hints of pine. Roasted barley notes with a slight mineral aftertaste.
