Our Mate Mint tea consists of hand-blended, organic Green Argentinian Mate with cooling spearmint leaves.
Yerba Mate (Ilex paraguariensis) is an evergreen plant of the holly (family Aquifoliaceae). Commonly consumed in South America, it contains around 70 milligrams of caffeine per cup.

The Mate Gourd and Bombilla (straw) are traditional vessels used for enjoying Yerba Mate. The gourd is filled three-quarters full with the leaves and after adding water, the brew is enjoyed by sipping through the bombilla.
