Lumbini Estate Black – FBOPF Extra Special is a high grade, wiry tip black tea from Lumbini Tea Garden in Southern Sri Lanka. Lumbini is located on the edge of the Sinharaja Forest Reserve where the rainforest microclimate leads to a richness in the soil, therefore producing rich, full-flavored tea leaves. Lumbini Estate Black is hearty enough to be enjoyed as a breakfast tea.

‘FBOPF’ stands for Finest Broken Orange Pekoe Flowery. It is the finest grade of broken orange pekoe and includes many leaf tips. This prized tea from Lumbini Estate has won multiple awards and is considered one of the estate’s finest offerings.
