About This Product
Huang Shan Mao Feng is one of the most famous teas of China. It is produced in Anhui Province near Huang Shan (Yellow Mountain). The translation of Huang Shan Mao Feng is ‘Yellow Mountain Fur Peak,’ referring to the hairs that grow on the young leaf buds, and the shape of the processed leaf, which can be reminiscent of a mountain peak. The best Huang Shan Mao Feng is spring-plucked; the leaf is fluffy, tippy, and delicate.
