Waste-not, want-not: green kukicha is made with the veins and stems of tea leaves initially harvested for matcha and sencha green teas. Also known as Senkukicha, this tea is a non-roasted green version of Kukicha, enjoyed for its warm, sweet flavor and clear, bright-green brew.
