This is no ordinary bergamot – our source creates this essence by steam distilling organic bergamot citrus rind, resulting in especially bright and clean flavors. We use a small batch process to blend the bergamot essence and organic green tea, which helps maintain an even flavor profile.
Green Earl Grey pairs especially well with breakfast breads, rice desserts, vanilla ice cream, and slightly spicy foods.
