As lovely to look at as it is to sip, this fresh take on Earl Grey is blended in our Portland, Oregon tea studio. Enjoy a smooth and uplifting infusion of organic Indian black tea dotted with bright blue cornflowers and scented with organic bergamot essence.

This is no ordinary bergamot – our source creates this essence by steam-distilling organic bergamot citrus rind, resulting in especially bright and clean flavors.

Cornflower (Centaurea cyanus) is a small flowering plant in the family Asteraceae, native to Europe and North America. Both the flowers and shoots of the plant are edible and can be consumed raw or cooked.
