About Asanoka Sencha:
From the Asanoka cultivar which was developed in the 1990s in Kagoshima, Japan. Light and velvetty, this Asanoka was shade-grown for about two weeks before plucking and uses a light steaming (Asamushi) process. Brew using lower water temperatures around 160-170°.
Ingredients: Green tea leaves.
Sold in 50 gram (1.75 oz) pack only. Packaged at origin to maintain freshness.
