Accessibility
Like the Tao, tea is meant for everyone. We want our website to be the same: open and welcoming to every visitor, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, speech control, or other assistive technology.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We regularly review the site for accessibility and fix what we find.
Where We’re Still Working
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We regularly review the site for accessibility and fix what we find.
Like a good tea, this takes time. A few parts of the site are not yet where we want them:
- Some older PDF documents may not read well with a screen reader. Ask us and we will send the information in another format.
- Some shop filter buttons may not work fully with assistive technology. Every tea can also be browsed by origin or type from the main menu.
