About Green and Rust Stripes Chai Cups:
The Tao of Tea is pleased to offer these traditional Indian chai cups made by our artisan collaborators in India. The neck of the chai cup is shaped for ease in holding.
Each piece is hand-painted, glazed, and fired in small batches in a traditional North Indian kiln. Because of this handcrafted nature, no two cups are exactly alike. There may be slight variations in pattern, drips and imperfections in the glaze, as well as subtle shifts in shades and texture. Idiosyncrasies in appearance are part of the one-of-a-kind character of the teaware and do not interfere with functionality. Items sold as is.
